A threat detecting method using a behavior characteristic of an intelligent software robot and a system therefor are provided to make the intelligent software robot apply a behavior characteristic through adaptation of a neighboring environment and an external environment, thereby updating and establishing an automated detection policy. A detection system detects data transmitted from a collection system by abnormal detection, misuse detection and inference detection. An adaptation system produces preference and regulation from data and information received from the collection system and the detection system. A monitoring system watches threat. The monitoring system generates a behavior guide of warning, report or audit.
