An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag, a wireless transmission system of large scale multimedia contents and a wireless transmission method using the same are provided to enable a user to use large scale multimedia contents through a mobile terminal conveniently. A wireless communication unit(14) sends and receives a request signal and a data signal. If the first request signal of a reader is received, a tag controller(20) produces the first data signal through the first data. If the second request signal of the reader is received, the tag controller produces the second data signal through the second data. An authentication unit(32) selectively limits access of the tag controller about the second memory according to authentication information included in the second request signal.
