A plating roll arc spot origination prevention device is provided to omit the installation of a key bolt connecting a plating roll to a steel sheet and to increase the quality of the plated steel sheet. A plating roll arc spot origination prevention device comprises: a support part(32) installed at the upper part of a center band roll of a plating roll(20); a de-purification solution receiving part(40) spraying a de-purification solution(43) to the top of the center band roll, arranged in the supporting part in a row; a neutral solution receiving part(60) accommodating a neutralization solution(63) making the de-purification solution neutralized, arranged in a row with the de-purification solution receiving part; a contact part(50) emitted by contacting the plating roll with the solution of the neutralization solution receiving part and the de-purification solution receiving part; and a cylinder(35) pushing the neutralization solution receiving part and the de-purification solution receiving part to the plating roll direction.
