A device for post-processing a board material and a method for the board material using the same are provided to be satisfied at a condition such as thickness of the board material, the surface uniformity, and the condition of the surface precision and surface roughness. A device for post-processing a board material comprises: a surface grinding unit(100) removing the surface defect of the board material(20); a surface cleaning unit removing a foreign material existing on the surface of the board material; a drying unit drying the surface of the board material; and a control unit transferring the board material according to the information about the kind, standard and the pre-processing of the board material and successively controlling the surface process of the board material. The surface cleaning unit includes: a washing unit(200) washing the surface of the board material with the jet of the high pressure water; and a degreasing unit(300) removing the oil existing on the surface of the board material. The drying unit comprises a first drying unit(600) and a second drying unit(700).
