A manufacturing method of steel sheet pile and a transfer guide apparatus for the same are provided to produce various forms of steel sheet piles by and reduce the manufacturing time by hot-rolling a semi-product through a reversing rolling mill and a continuous rolling mill. A manufacturing method of steel sheet pile comprises a step of molding a rolled material for steel sheet pile by rolling a semi-product(B) many times using a reversing rolling mill(1), and a step of making the rolled material into steel sheet pile product by passing it through a plurality of continuous mills(10) successively arranged. The rolled material has a web part and side flanges. Upper and lower stripers and left and right guides are arranged between the continuous rolling mills. The top/bottom and the right/left sides of the rolled material are supported by the upper and lower stripers and the left and right guides while passing through the continuous rolling mills.
