A rack having a variable structure for dish-washing is provided to facilitate accepting a dish, a food bowl, a big cooker, a cutting board and a rack for different use by forming the variable structure. A rack(10) having a variable structure for dish-washing comprises an accepting part(20), a dish supporting part(30), and a food bowl supporting part(40). The accepting part is formed for the circulation of the washing water and has an accepting space. The dish supporting part is equipped at one side of the accepting space and has a variable structure being spread and laid in the accepting part. The dish supporting part comprises a first support and a support frame. The first support has one or more first protrusions for fixing along the longitudinal direction. In the first support, the first fixing stopper is formed on the one side. The support frame is arranged from the first support at the constant intervals. The food bowl supporting part is equipped at the other side of the accepting space and has the variable structure.
