A device for loading and unloading an optical disk drive is provided to reduce frictional force generated between a moving body and a guide rib by supporting a moving body to a guide rib of a main base through a supporting protrusion whose contact area is small. A device for loading and unloading an optical disk drive comprises: a drive lever(60) being installed at the main base in which a trigger driven with a disc and a drive motor providing the driving force are installed and moving to the front end and the rear end of the main base to lift a lifting frame guiding the loading and unloading of the disk; and a moving body(70) in which a guide rib(40') protruded from the main base is installed between the drive levers and in which a rack gear(72) connected to a pinion gear rotating with a drive motor is formed and in which a plurality of supporting protrusions(74) guiding a movement route are formed at the side facing the guide rib and moving with the drive lever in case the trigger is rotated.
