METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FILM TYPE ANTENNA AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CASE STRUCTURE HAVING ANTENNA

A manufacturing method of a film type antenna and a manufacturing method of a case structure including the antenna are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a conductive pattern through a gravure printing method. A fixed engraved pattern(22a) is formed on a cylindrical printing plate(22). The engraved pattern is filled with a conductive ink(23a). A rest part(22b) of the printing plate except for the engraved pattern is surface-treated. The conductive ink filled in the engraved pattern is transferred on a carrier film(21) by a gravure printing method in order to form a conductive pattern(23). The conductive pattern is hardened by a thermal process. A protecting layer(25) is formed on the carrier film in order to cover the conductive pattern. The carrier film is made of polymer material.
