A muffler apparatus of a vehicle is provided to filter fine dust and nitric oxide included in the exhaust gas by including an oxidation catalyst unit in the cylindrical body. A muffler apparatus of a vehicle comprises a cylinder(16) wherein a joint(16a) connected to the outside and a maintenance cover(30) mounted on the joint are prepared, an inlet pipe(17) whereof one end is anchored to one side of the cylinder and the other end is connected to the exhaust manifold of the engine, an outlet pipe(18) which is separated from the inlet pipe, whereof one end is anchored to one side of the cylinder and the other end is connected to the outside, and an inner housing member(19) which is anchored inside the cylinder. The inner housing member comprises a cylindrical body(19a) in which an oxidation catalyst unit(31) is prepared in the inside thereof, and flanges(19b) which are prepared in both ends of the cylindrical body.
