An implant unscrewing prevention stopper is provided, which can be widely used for the dental implant surgical operation by improving the surgical operation satisfaction. An implant unscrewing prevention stopper comprises: an abutment(30) in which a hollow is formed in order to receive the unscrewing prevention stopper of the round cylinder form; a fixture(10) formed in the bottom surface of the prevention stopper; a fastening screw(20) jointing the abutment; a square groove or the quadrilateral projection which is formed in order to be combined with the head unit of the fastening screw; an impression coping; and a screw groove or an undercut(900) which is formed to make removal facilitated.
