摘要
本发明之目的在提供一种氯原子含量低,溶出之氯离子量少的聚碳酸酯树脂之制造方法。本发明系以双轴挤压机熔融挤压聚碳酸酯树脂粉粒体以制造丸粒之方法,其特征为使用(i)至少具有1个由注水部、混练部、封环及排气部构成之混练挤压单元,(ii)混练部之最上游元件系正交盘(c)或顺向盘(f),最下游元件系逆向盘(r),(iii)混练部各元件之长度在0.25D~D之范围,混练部的长度在D~4D之范围的双轴挤压机,连同自注水部注水将排气部之真空度调节为6.7kPa以下。
