<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique to reduce the number of primer coating processes without damaging a window glass by an edge of a cutter when a connection part is cut with the cutter. <P>SOLUTION: In Fig. (a), a seal plate 23 is extracted from a lower part of the connection part 44. In Fig. (b), clearance 45 corresponding to a cross section of the seal plate 23 extracted by the previous process appears between a glass plate 11 and the connection part 44. The connection part 44 is removed by cutting both ends (two portions indicated with imaginary lines) of the connection part 44 with the cutter 46. Then, since the edge of the cutter 46 has no fear of abutting on the glass plate 11 due to existence of the clearance 45, the glass plate 11 is prevented from being damaged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
