PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling and inspecting optical equipment, by which highly precise position correction and shading correction can be performed with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This system is provided with first arithmetic means (CPU 401 and recorder 402) for photographing a reference image while using a chart 100, and deriving position correction quantities in horizontal and vertical directions by expressing the absolute coordinates of a relative coordinate reference point from the photographed reference image and coordinates having image characteristics desired to acquire with relative coordinates from the relative coordinate reference point and second arithmetic means (CPU 401 and recorder 402) for finding the absolute coordinates of the relative coordinate reference point by photographing the chart 100 and scanning closely to the relative reference point, and correcting the angles of view in the horizontal and vertical directions by comparing the reference image with the relative coordinate reference point of the photographed image. |
