A valve for a gas heater of a drier is provided to supply the warm air of appropriate temperature according to a kind or the amount of clothes by controlling the temperature of the air. A valve for a gas heater of a drier comprises an ON/OFF valve, a proportional control valve(153) and a diaphragm. The ON/OFF valve determines the supply of working fluid. The proportional control valve is connected to the ON/OFF valve to control the flow rate of the gas and includes a main body, a plunger, a coil part and a controller. The main body has a path in which the working fluid passes. The plunger is equipped in the main body to open and close the path. The coil part is equipped in the main body to make the plunger flow if the power source is applied. The controller controls the current amount supplied to the coil part. The diaphragm is equipped between the plunger and the main body in order to support the plunger. |
