A double locking system of a bicycle to activating the usage of the bicycle is provided to lock the bicycle at a holder safely by mounting a locking driving part. A double locking system of a bicycle comprises: a fixed holding module in order to settle the bicycle, formed at one side of a bicycle rack(130); a mobile holding module selectively holding and releasing the bicycle from the fixed holding module, connected with the one side of the bicycle; a locker mounted at the fixed and mobile holding module, locking the fixed and mobile holding module each other when the mobile holding module is settled at the fixed holding module to be connected; and a locker driving part(160) running the locker. The locking driving part includes: a pushing rod(161) operated with a locking bar(151); a solenoid(162) pressurizing the pushing rod; an elastic member(164) biasing the pushing rod; and a controller(163) controlling the on/off. |
