A transmission oil cooler for automobile is provided to improve the productivity by assembling easily a side plate and a fitting. The electrothermal pin broadening the surface area of a heat exchange is included between tubes(110). A side plate(120) is connected to a fitting(130). The fitting includes a supporting part and a screw part. An inlet hole(h3) is formed in the side plate. A boss(123) is formed around the inlet hole. The end of the boss includes the hook(121). An inlet port(h1) or an outlet port(h2) is formed in the tube. The inner surface of fitting includes the jaw connected to the hook.
