A welding machine is provided to uniformly deliver the current to the materials by welding after removing the foreign material from the welded surface. A welding machine comprises: a body(120); a rotational force generator(160) for generating the torque in the elevation; and a welding member(140) welding after rotating, installed at the body. The rotational force generator is connected an operation pole(122) installed at the body to be ascended and descended and includes a top part elevating part(170) generating the torque in the elevation; and a lower part elevating unit(180) installed at the body in order to be arranged in the lower part of the top part elevating part. The top elevating part comprises an upper side driving member and an upper guide member. The lower part elevating part comprises a lower driving member(182), a lower guide member(184) and an elastic member.
