A contactor assembly of a vacuum circuit breaker is provided to prevent temperature rising and generation of heat of a contactor finger and a main circuit part by preventing rising of contact resistance between the contactor finger and a terminal part of the main circuit part. A contactor assembly of a vacuum circuit breaker includes a contact plate(5), a plurality of contactor fingers(7), supporting plates(6,8), and a plurality of ring-shaped springs(4a,4b). The contact plate is fixed to a terminal of a main circuit part. A plurality of contactor fingers is arranged according to a concentric circle. A plurality of contactor fingers is moved relatively about the contact plate in generating vibration in order to prevent rising of contact resistance and a terminal of the main circuit part. A plurality of teeth(6a,8a) is formed on an outer circumference of the supporting plates. Each contactor finger is inserted between the teeth. A plurality of ring-shaped springs provides an elastic pressure to a plurality of contactor fingers.
