MANUFACTURING METHOD AND DEVICE OF FISCHER-TROPSCH CATALYST WITH ORGANIC ACID PRECURSOR AND CATALYST PREPARED THEREOF

A method for producing a Fischer-Tropsch catalyst using organic acids and an apparatus using organic acids by the same are provided to increase activity of Fischer-Tropsch reaction, and to reduce manufacturing cost. A method for producing a Fischer-Tropsch catalyst using organic acids includes the following steps of: producing an organic acid solution by mixing carboxylic acid and water(S1); producing a compound by adding metallic iron and a co-catalyst in the organic acid solution(S2); oxidizing the compound and an oxidizer by spraying the compound and the oxidizer(S3); sintering oxide(S4); and adding electrostatic potential of 0.5 ~ 1.0 V to generate iron oxides(S5).
