An antenna device is provided to improve omni-directivity inside a horizontal plane by including a first stage antenna array and a second stage antenna array. An antenna device(100) includes a cylindrical conductor(20), a first stage antenna array(11), and a second stage antenna array(12). The first stage antenna array has four patch antennas arranged around a circumference of the conductor. The second stage antenna array has four patch antennas arranged around a circumference of the conductor. The second stage antenna array is parallel arranged with the first stage antenna array. Each patch antenna of the first stage antenna array and the second stage antenna array has two feed ports. Two feed ports receive a power from the same feed circuit.
