An integrated billet measuring system and a method thereof are provided to grasp the kind of a billet which a user measures in a process in advance by sensing the kind of the billet and notifying the user. An integrated billet measuring system comprises: a frame(31) which is formed in a circular shape in order to surround a billet(10); a light source(32) which is arranged at the lower part of the frame in order to surround the billet in a semicircular shape; first and second optical sensors(33,34) which are arranged in order to be separated on the top of the frame; and a signal processor(35) grasping the kind, center position, and size of the billet. The first and second optical sensors photographs X-axis and XY axis of the billet. The signal processor analyzes the length of the billet after obtaining the billet length of the XY axial and the X-axis from the optical sensor.
