A device for collecting wire coil is provided to control the wire coil to the horizontal state in order to collect, in the dropping state of the wire coil is fault. A device for collecting wire coil comprises: a wire coil support and adjustment unit(30) controlling the integration while supporting the falling wire coil, installed at a settling unit(10) formed in a wire coil collecting stand(240) of a wire coil collector; and a driving unit(50) mounted at the lower part of the wire coil collecting stand, in which the device for collecting wire coil can rotate. The settling unit is arranged right and left based on the wire coil collecting stand and makes the device for collecting wire coil arranged in the inside while a part of wire coil collecting stand is opened. One part of the device for collecting wire coil is pivoted in the inner side of the settling unit and the driving unit is installed at the other end.
