A Corynebacterium sp. microorganism which produces 5'-inosinic acid is provided to inactivate a gene coding ABC-tranporter and massively produce 5'-inosinic acid. A Corynebacterium sp. microorganism in which a gene coding ABC-transporter is inactivated accumulates a 5'-inosinic acid in medium. A gene coding a protein which does not have ABC-transporter activation of Corynebacterium sp. microorganism has sequence of the sequence number 2(SEQ ID NO:2). A method for manufacturing the Corynebacterium sp. microorganism comprises: a step of preparing a recombinant vector containing the gene coding the protein which does not have ABC-transporter activation of Corynebacterium sp. microorganism; a step of substituting the gene coding ABC-transporter of Corynebacterium sp. microorganism and inactivating.
