A fermented tea appliied green tea and bambu and the manufacturing method thereof

Fermented tea using green tea leaf and bamboo and a preparation method thereof are provided to reduce puckery taste while improving the taste and flavor by steaming green tea leaf together with bamboo. A method for preparing fermented tea comprises the following steps of: drying green tea leaf at room temperature for 8-24 hours; steaming the dried green tea leaf and split bamboo for 2-4 minutes in a steamer and separating the green tea leaf to roast it at 200~400°C; re-steaming the primarily steamed green tea leaf with bamboo until the green tea leaf turns yellow and separating the green tea leaf to re-roast it; pulverizing the secondarily steamed green tea leaf and pressure-molding it in a mold frame; drying the moldings at room temperature for 2-3 days and skewering the dried moldings with a bamboo skewer; placing the skewers on a bamboo basket or bamboo blind and drying them completely through 20-30 days; and fermenting the moldings in a fermenting room at 25~30°C for 5-10 days.
