A plastisol composition for electrical insulation is provided to improve low temperature flexibility, heat resistance, thermal transformation resistivity and smoothness of the coating layer by using specific curable organopolysiloxane. A plastisol composition for electrical insulation comprises (a) polyvinyl chloride 100.0 parts by weight, (b) a plasticizer 70-100.0 parts by weight, (c) a curable organopolysiloxane 10-20 parts by weight having a vinyl group of 0.05-0.15 mmol/g and number average molecular weight of 10,000-30,000, and (d) a curable organopolysiloxane 10-30 parts by weight having a vinyl group of 0.10-10.0 mmol/g and number average molecular weight of 2,000-5,000.
