A current sampling method and a circuit are provided to realize continuous and superior tuning of a sampling phase by changing a desired voltage and changing an operation condition of an amplifier used in the circuit. In a current sampling method and a circuit, a capacitor arrangement stores a gate-source voltage corresponding to a current to be sampled while being between the gate and source of the current sampling transistors. An amplifier is provided from a feedback loop between the gate of the current sampling transistor and the source. The switch arrangement controls the sample of gate-source voltage in which the circuit corresponds to the current(10) sampled in the capacitor arrangement.
