APPARATUS FOR CHANGING NOZZLE HEAD USED IN HYDROFORMING

A device for replacing a nozzle head for hydroforming is provided to decrease the safety accident because of not replacing the nozzle head and to increase the productivity by reducing the time for replacing the nozzle head. A device for replacing a nozzle head for hydroforming comprises: an assembling/disassembling part(20) assembling or disassembling the nozzle head from a mold for hydroforming; and a mount part(40) connected with the assembling/disassembling part in order to make the nozzle head assembled and disassembled by the assembling/disassembling part. The assembling/disassembling part includes: a turn table(22) pivotally connected to a support stand(21) by a first cylinder(23); and an assembling/disassembling tool(30) pivotally connected to the turn table. The assembling/disassembling tool includes: a screw axis(31) connected to a first motor(32) equipped in the turn table; a moving rod(33) connected to the screw axis; and a pair of fixing rod pivotally mounted at the moving rod, rotating by a second cylinder(35) mounted at the moving rod.
