A ladder fire engine is provided, which can save the time required for the development of outrigger in the emergency and enables to set to the fire extinguishing and lifesaving work. A ladder fire engine comprises: a power take-off unit(21) authorizing the power of the fire engine using the hydraulic pump; an operating switch(130) running the power take-off; a horizontal cylinder; an outrigger control valve(24) which distributes and supplies the hydraulic oil delivered from the hydraulic pump to the vertical cylinder and the horizontal cylinder of outrigger; a proximity sensor(110a) which is installed at the horizontal cylinder and senses the obstacle in the fixed range; a pressure sensor(111a) which is connected to the vertical cylinder and senses the load; a controller controlling the operation of outrigger; outrigger supervisory consoles(14a,14b); and a switch for automatically-opening the outrigger.
