An entry sheet for drilling is provided to improve hole registration accuracy by reducing winding of the entry sheet resin around a drill bit in drilling. An entry sheet for drilling comprises a metal foil, and a soluble resin composite layer formed on at least one side of the metal foil. The soluble resin composite layer contains polyethylene oxide of 20~80wt%. The polyethylene oxide has a weight-average molecular weight of 50,000~150,000 Mw and a polydispersity less than 2.5 Mw/Mn.
