A method for measuring the coating strength of a tension insulated film of an oriented electric steel sheet is provided to improve the physical property of the tension insulated film by adding transition metal oxide and acid of 6.2pH or less to the film. A method for measuring the coating strength of a tension insulated film of an oriented electric steel sheet comprises a step of manufacturing an insulating film composition by mixing metal salt solution, colloidal ceramic material, transition metal oxide, and acid of 6.2pH or less under resin, a step of coating the insulating film composition on an oriented electric steel sheet(10), a step of heating the insulating film composition to manufacture a specimen with the tension insulating film, a step of coating a coating resin on one side of the specimen, a step of dipping the specimen in an eluting solution, a step of eluting a tension insulating film(20) on the other side of the specimen, a step of drying and cooling the specimen, and a step of removing the coating resin and measuring the bending degree of the specimen.
