A multi-layered transparent sheet having static-dissipation performance is provided to prevent eruption of an antistatic agent, and to prevent damage of components due to an electrostatic load. A multi-layered transparent sheet includes a surface layer consisting of thermoplastic conductivity polyurethanes containing ethylene oxide or polyurea resin, and a rear surface consisting of transparent nonconductive polymer resin and attached on the surface layer. The polyurethanes or the polyurea resin is a polyether-based polymer reacting with an isocyanate radical and containing ethylene oxide, an aromatic family or an aliphatic diisocyanate compound, and a polymerization reaction product of a chain extender containing a hydroxyl group or an amine group.
