A slip sheet removing device is provided to prevent the quality of a strip from lowering by preventing the rinse solution contamination of an alkali tank with a slip sheet. A slip sheet removing device comprises: a slip sheet removing roll(160) sticking a sectioned slip sheet(P) and removing from a strip(S), arranged at the strip; an adhesive receptacle(140) in which the slip sheet removing roll can be lead in or drawn out, supplying the adhesive(B); and an air spray port(180) spraying the air to the bottom surface of the strip, arranged adjacent to the slip sheet removing roll. The adhesive receptacle includes: a hydraulic cylinder(150) moving the slip sheet removing roll to the hydraulic cylinder; and a vinyl tube(144) mounted on the inner surface in order to cover the slip sheet removing roll with the adhesive.
