An apparatus for processing optical information, a method for processing optical information and a data page structure are provided to correct error due to the distortion generated in reproducing the optical information of an image by including data area in which optical information data is loaded inside an inner frame. A data page structure comprises: an outer frame consecutively formed along the external side of a data page(10); an inner frame(12) which is formed to be adjacent to the inner circumference of the outer frame and which is formed by respectively arranging different data in a predetermined pattern to the outer frame; and a data area in which optical information data is loaded inside the inner frame.
