An organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve lifetime and image quality by improving a contact property between a thin film transistor and a first electrode. A pixel is defined on a substrate(100). A thin film transistor(Tr) is arranged on the pixel of the substrate. A protecting film(120) is laminated on the substrate. A contact hole(125) is formed on the protecting film in order to expose a drain electrode(114) of the thin film transistor. A first electrode(130) is formed on the protecting film. The first electrode is electrically connected to the drain electrode through the contact hole. A reflecting pattern(121) is formed between the protecting film and the first electrode. The reflecting pattern is etched with the first electrode at the same time. The reflecting pattern is made of one of Al, AlNd, and Al alloy. An organic light emitting pattern(150) and a second electrode(160) are formed on the first electrode. |
