A polishing apparatus for optical lens is provided to secure uniform surface roughness by employing three-way eccentric motion polishing method. A polishing apparatus for optical lens includes a polishing unit(10). The polishing unit is composed of a driving part fixed to a headstock(20), a hollowed housing(11) rotated with torque, a nozzle installed inside the housing not to rotate, an expandable airbag which is rotated together with the housing and expanded by the air ejected from the nozzle, and a polishing pad(14) which is combined to the bottom of the housing to contain the expandable airbag and extended by the expansion of the airbag. The polishing pad is made of foam rubber having open cells to let polishing particles infiltrate the surface.
