PROCESS FOR PREPARING LYOCELL FILAMENT FIBER, LYOCELL FILAMENT FIBER AND TIRE CORD USING IT

A manufacturing method of lyocell filament fiber, the lyocell filament fiber and tire cord manufactured thereby are provided to improve intensity and specific load of the filament fiber by preventing damage of the fiber in a drying process. A manufacturing method of lyocell filament fiber comprises the following steps of: spinning lyocell spinning dope through a spinneret; passing the filament through a coagulant(15) with the spinneret; and drying the filament after a washing process. The manufacturing method further includes a preliminary drying step removing moisture by using the air between the washing and a drying process. The preliminary drying step supplies the air of 10 - 50 °C to the filament.
