A data output driving circuit of a semiconductor device is provided to increase a layout margin by identically controlling impedance of all data output drivers through one code multiplier. A data output driving circuit(700) of a semiconductor device includes a code multiplier(710) and a plurality of data output drivers(800). The code multiplier generates a multiplying code by multiplying a multiplier determined according to a control signal(CTL) to an on die termination code. A plurality of data output drivers is commonly connected to a signal line. Each data output driver includes a pull-up driver, a pull-down driver, and a control part. Impedance of the pull-up driver and the pull-down driver is varied according to the multiplying code. The control part controls an operation of the pull-up driver and the pull-down driver.
