A novel biological mechanism, antibacterial mechanism and bacteria of atopic dermatitis are provided to efficiently treat the bacteria of atopic dermatitis and improve antibacterial mechanism. A bacteria causing atopic dermatitis is a Staphylococcus aureus. A skin care product, medicated skin care product, and medical composition for curing atopic dermatitis comprises 0.001 weight%-10 weight% of triclosan which has antibacterial mechanism. The skin care product, medicated skin care product, and medical composition additionally comprises 0.001 weight%-10 weigh% of ceramide. The treatment of atopic dermatitis has synergic effect by using together with triclosan and ceramide.
