SERVER, SYSTEM AND METHOD THAT MANAGING COMMUNICATION SESSION WITH TERMINAL

A terminal connection management server using an active state of a terminal, a system thereof and a method thereof are provided to increase the efficiency of the whole communications system by allocating communication resource. An activation detection unit(111) detects the normal execution state of an application program performed in a terminal(110). In case application is in the normal run state, the activation detection station produces the active state information. The active state of the terminal is shown the active state information. The active state information is transmitted to a communications unit to a server. In case it is not activated for a predetermined period, the server terminates connection with the terminal.
