A mounting clip for a vehicle interior material is provided to prevent damage to the clip head or the interior material in separating the interior material from the vehicle. A mounting clip for a vehicle interior material comprises a cylindrical body fixed to a hole, a head(200) of plate shape formed on one end of the body, and a grip part(300) with polygonal rim which is protruded on one side of the head. The body and the head are rotated selectively in two directions by the grip part. The grip part is composed of a first grip part(310) forming one of hexagon or octagon and a second grip part(320) symmetric with the first grip part about the center of the head.
