摘要 A high accuracy diagnosis apparatus of an electric power facility is provided to diagnose an inner state of an electric power facility without stop of the electric power facility. A high accuracy diagnosis apparatus(1) of an electric power facility includes a diagnosis sensor(10) and a diagnosis unit(20). The diagnosis sensor is installed inside an electric power facility. A patch antenna is filled by an insulator in the diagnosis sensor. The patch antenna is formed into a spiral shape. The patch antenna is made of copper alloy material. The insulator is formed by coupling epoxy resin and methacrylic resin into an interpenetrate polymer network neck structure. The diagnosis sensor detects a partial discharge due to a defect inside the electric power facility. The diagnosis unit is installed outside of the electric power facility. The diagnosis unit provides a diagnosis result by receiving and processing a detection signal of the diagnosis sensor. The diagnosis sensor includes a ground plate, a patch antenna, an insulator, and a connector. The ground plate is installed on an outer box of the electric power facility. The patch antenna is separated from the ground plate. The patch antenna is formed into a spiral shape, and senses an electromagnetic wave. The insulator is fixed to the ground plate by filling the patch antenna. The connector passes through the ground plate, and is connected to the patch antenna.
