REINFORCED CONCRETE FRAME OF MULTI-STOREY BUILDING USING “ARKOS SYSTEM”

The invention relates to building industry, in particular, to structures of residential and public buildings of mass production to be erected in various regions including seismic. ARCOS means architectural constructional open system of erection multistory buildings. The reinforced frame comprises prefabricated columns and flat floor slabs with through reinforcement arranged in prismatic reinforced frame forming a system of crossbars in the floor slabs and the floor slab cells positioned between the crossbars. The reinforced frames comprise span elements of length not exceeding the distance between columns edges and inserts made above each column in the form of separate reinforcement rods arranged in orthogonally related directions along the columns edges overlapping longitudinal reinforcement of span elements of the reinforced frames. The prefabricated columns for resting slabs are provided with supporting devices disposed partially or completely in the columns body. Along their height the prefabricated columns are connected by screw joints. The supporting devices can be arranged in through openings with exposed rods of columns longitudinal reinforcement therein, a bundle of reinforcing short rods are additionally arranged in the middle of each opening along the column axis. The supporting pads can be arranged in grooves made along columns perimeter and have a steel plate fixed on the column longitudinal reinforcement. The floor slabs can be two-layered, the lower layer is comprised of prefabricated reinforced concrete shells provided with reinforced frames protruding upwards and the upper layer comprised of cast-in-place concrete. There can be arranged inserts as nonremovable emptiness-formers and/or light porous items. The invention provides for simpler technology, manpower safe, higher frame reliability and construction tempo.
