The invention refers to medicine, particularly to the oncology of mammary gland and can be used for differential treatment of noninvasive ductal carcinoma in situ of mammary gland. The method for differential treatment of noninvasive ductal carcinoma in situ of mammary gland consists in that it is morphologically determined presence of comedocarcinoma or noncomedocarcinoma and it is carried out the mammographic examination, where it is determined presence of a single focus, or the multifocal form with focuses in the same quadrant with a distance of 4...5 cm between them, or the multicentric form with focuses in different quadrants with a distance of more than 5 cm between them, and in case of comedocarcinoma with a single focus it is made the sectorial resection with radiotherapy in the postoperative period, in case of multifocal comedocarcinoma it is carried out the mastectomy with radiotherapy in the postoperative period, in case of multicentric comedocarcinoma it is carried out the mastectomy with radiotherapy and hormonotherapy in the postoperative period; in case of noncomedocarcinoma with a single focus it is made the sectorial resection, in case of multifocal noncomedocarcinoma it is carried out the sectorial resection with radiotherapy in the postoperative period and in case of multicentric noncomedocarcinoma it is carried out the mastectomy.
