A stand type blast cooler/heater is provided to change the direction of expelled cold/hot air upward or downward so as to give cooling/heating effect in all directions due to convection of the ambient air. A stand type blast cooler/heater comprises a body(100) of circular or polygonal cylinder shape in which a cold air vent and a hot air vent, a blower part(200) which is installed inside the body and is composed of an upper blower fan and a lower blower fan, an electric heater(300) which is installed on the inside bottom of the body and provided with electricity from outside to heat the ambient air, a cover part(400) having a protruding joint inserted to the inner circumference at the upper part of the body, a bottom part(500) of circular or polygonal disk shape which supports the bottom to keep the body in a standing position. The cover part includes an operation control part(700) installed in the center, the operation control part consisting of an on/off switch which serves as power supply control part and a speed control button which serves as motor control part to control the rotation speed and direction of the upper and the lower blower fan.
