<p>The invention relates to a process for cutting groups of equally spaced holes in a sheet metal strip moving in a flow sheet, in stationary conditions during some short stops, by means of a punching device (5) provided with strips stops, placed before an unwinding device (1) and after a pickling bath (6), wherein the metal strip has a bent-position, the strip being entrained by a motor (15) throgh several wipers, through a heating oven (8) and a zinc- coating oven (9). According to the process, the installation is used with the continuous operation mode of the motor (15) by taking advantage of the strip buckling during its stopping for cutting out the perforations and remaking said buckling after releasing the strip, by the strip drawing force, which ensures a larger unwinding of the strip, sufficient for remaking the buckling.</p> |
