A PLC and a mobile radio communications network connection apparatus for connecting the PLC by using PLC bus linkage conventions are provided to connect a PLC central processing unit by linking the wireless modem and the PLC central processing unit. A PLC(Programmable Logic Circuit) CPU(Central Processing Unit) connection unit(120) is connected by including the PLC bus connection protocol to the PLC CPU(100). A modem connector(140) is connected to a wireless modem. A CPU(130) performs communication between the PLC CPU connection unit and modem linking unit. A communications is comprised between a PLC CPU and a master.
