#CMT# #/CMT# The assembly to clean process gases containing organic matter and oxygen from a reactor, using catalytic combustion, has a flow catalyst absorber vessel with a gas inflow and outflow containing a catalyst bed incorporating a combustion catalyst. A measurement chamber is linked to the cleaned gas outflow together with an inflow of a calibration gas and a sensor to register the concentration of a component in the gas. The process gas is burned in the catalyst bed at a temperature of 150-600[deg] C. The process gas flow into the measurement chamber is blocked while the calibration gas flows through. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The system is for cleaning process gases containing organic matter and oxygen used in a reactor for catalytic combustion. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The gas is given a catalytic cleaning action with simple maintenance and calibration for all types of process gas. |
