摘要 The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in transformer-construction industry. The inventive result is aimed at reducing losses of electric steel, in particular, in manufacturing inside contour vertical transformer rods, as well as reducing weight and dimensions of a magnetic conductor assembly.A laminated magnetic conductor comprises two extreme vertical rods 1, at least one inside contour vertical rods 2 and two horizontal upper and lower yokes 3,4 assembled from wafer pack 5. The wafers 5 of extreme rods 1 and yokes 3,4 are trapezium-shaped with bevels in &bgr; extreme angles being 45°. The horizontal yokes 3,4 are embodied from the inside contour vertical rods 2 with cut V-shaped α angles at depth lesser than the width of yokes 3,4 and the wafers of the inside contour vertical rods 2 are limited by the V-shaped angles corresponding to them, in which heads of wafers 5 of the inside contour vertical rods 2 are cut. The manufacture of laminated magnetic conductor comprising press forming of extreme, inside contour vertical rods and horizontal yokes from strips of electric steel obtaining predetermined items, detailed sorting and wafer lamination in a closed magnetic conductor with layer-by-layer shifting them in packs in the zone of wafer joining of vertical rods and horizontal yokes, press forming of wafers of inside contour vertical rods – all said operations are executed using a tool, working deforming parts of which form V-shaped angles with their vertexes cut.
