An apparatus for fermenting, maturing and germinating with microwaves is provided to promote the activation of growth factor and enzyme and photobiosynthesis. An apparatus for promoting fermentation, maturation, and germination comprises a microwave generator which generates 53GHz~78GHz(wavelength 3.8mm~5.7mm) of frequency. The apparatus further comprises a transmission wire which transmits microwave and antenna which irradiates microwave. A test sample is irradiated with proper frequency for fermenting, maturing, and germinating based on the plant kind. |
