<p>A wind electric vehicle with two sets of storage batteries is provided to prevent the danger of full discharging and to generate electricity by rotating vanes of a horizontal generator. A horizontal rotating vane(1) is installed inside a vehicle bonnet. A low-speed generator(2) is connected to the horizontal rotating vane. A regulator(4) stably supplies unstable voltage supplied through an AC power line(3). A booster(5) amplifies the voltage through the regulator. A rapid charging unit(6) charges the storage batteries in a short time. A DC power automatic distributer(8) automatically distributes the voltage according to the state of the batteries through a DC power line(7). The DC power supplied from output terminals(A,B) of the DC power automatic distributer is connected to each terminal of storage batteries.</p> |
